Description

The Automatic Lathe Machine turns large and medium sized parts with high precision. It accepts workpieces whose outer diameter lies anywhere between 0 mm and 500 mm plus it also handles sizes above 2500 mm - factories can use it for many jobs. The bed lies flat - the spindle stays level and the cut stays true. The spindle turns from 0 rpm to 500 rpm on the slower models but also faster versions reach beyond 4000 rpm - this range lets the tool remove metal quickly and leave a smooth surface. The gap between the spindle center as well as the bed ranges from 0 - 250 mm up to more than 1500 mm - shops can clamp short or tall parts without extra fixtures. Once the operator sets the cycle, the machine completes every cut, tool change and feed movement on its own - labor drops or output rises. Indian factories build each unit and every unit runs for long periods without losing accuracy, giving modern workshops a dependable next to durable lathe.
