Description

The Automatic Center Lathe Machine is built for precise machining of workpieces that are medium or large. It accepts turning diameters from 0 mm to 500 mm and beyond, reaching past 2500 mm - many industrial jobs fit. The frame lies horizontal - this keeps the spindle plus bed aligned and motion steady. Spindle speed ranges from near zero to 500 rpm on the low end but also past 4000 rpm on the high end - material is removed quickly and surfaces finish smooth. The swing over the bed starts at 0 - 250 mm as well as extends beyond 1500 mm, letting one machine handle small and large parts. A fully automatic cycle limits manual work or raises output.
