The All Gear Heavy Duty Lathe Machine handles precision metal turning and sustained industrial cutting. A fully automatic system controls every cycle, giving uniform speed plus feed without operator adjustment. The bed sits level - the spindle sits horizontal - long shafts and wide disks stay balanced during rotation. Model YAHD-10 from Yogi uses hardened steel gears throughout the headstock - each gear pair keeps exact ratio but also wears slowly under load. The entire frame is cast from a single iron block - vibration drops and tool life rises. Workshops that cut steel rolls, pump shafts or alloy rings can run the lathe all day with one daily grease point as well as one oil level check. Output repeats within 0.01 mm on diameter and 0.02 mm on length, shift after shift.
