Description

The 9 Feet Extra Heavy Duty Lathe Machine is designed for large-scale precision metal turning and heavy-duty machining applications. The spindle centerline stands 457 mm above the bed and the bed itself is 500 mm wide - this low profile but also broad base keep the machine steady and free of chatter while the tool cuts. A 104 mm hole runs through the spindle, letting bar stock of the same diameter pass for continuous turning. The whole unit lies horizontal on its own frame, ready for fresh installation in a workshop. Cast iron parts as well as wide slides give the lathe the strength to remove heavy cuts day after day without losing accuracy.
